Guru Rinpoche Padmasambhava is the founder of the first school of Tibetan Buddhism and he is considered the second Buddha.
This mask of Guru Rinpoche present the most common characteristic of the face of Padmasambhava that are the curled mustaches. The head is covered by a lotus hat with the sides folded up, coloured with flowers decorations and with a half-vajra on top of it.

Usually the skin of Guru Rinpoche is white but as he can appear in different forms, both peaceful and wrathful, the mask can be painted in different colors.
